The policy has been produced as a result of a HACCP assessment to provide a robust framework for control throughout the food operation. All suppliers are also expected to have such a philosophy.
All staff are required to abide by the company policies and procedures as laid down in the food safety management system.
The company HACCP and quality management system will cover all stages of the activities in this business from approval of suppliers through to delivery of produce and will be utilised to secure and maintain high standards and assist in developing continuous improvement.
All our products are procured with this concept of quality in mind at all times. We achieve this by the systematic and objective assessment of our quality against the criteria laid down as part of our Quality Management System.
