Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup - Berlitos
Our chicken noodle soup recipe puts a healthy spin on an American classic. This soup is great for when you are feeling under the weather or when you just have a craving for warm comfort food. Best of all, since it is a slow cooker recipe. You can even prep it early in the day and have a warm bowl of soup waiting for lunch or dinner.
For Crockpot Vegetable Fusion Noodle Soup (V) add either tofu or chickpeas instead of chicken
2 Pounds Chicken Breast
1 Cup Sliced Celery
4 Carrots Sliced
2 Cloves of Garlic Minced
1/4 Freshly Chopped Italian Parsley
8 Ounces Noodles Broken Into Small Pieces
1: Add all ingredients, except the noodles, sweetcorn and peas, and cook until carrots and celery are tender.
2: Then add the broken pasta and continue cooking until pasta is al dente.
3: Once pasta is cooked add sweetcorn and peas. (If Mangetout and baby sweetcorn are in season exchange the peas and sweetcorn to make seasonal).
