Re-Heat or Cook from:
Oven Bake (from frozen):
Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4 and oven bake for 25-35 minutes.
Pre-heat oil to 180°C / 350°F and fry for 9 - 10 minutes.
Thaw & Eat:
Thoroughly defrost in refrigerator. Keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
